Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Tina Eisenbeis and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!

What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Everyday to be the “best you” you can be! Watching your health and fitness goals come to life is the true reward of your hard work and dedication. If you want something bad enough you will make it happen. I am proof that even if you get thrown down hard you can come back stronger. Baby steps become one big leap and always believe in yourself that you will and can achieve your health and fitness goals.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Eating healthy and staying fit gives me more energy and makes me feel stronger. It also helps me to cope with daily struggles, especially after the death of my daughter London in February 27, 2018. The gym was my therapy and helped me through each day and I don’t know what I would’ve done without it. Eight months after London's passing I went back on stage in honor of my daughter. I competed in Figure division at the Michigan Western Championships and left with the overall belt.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Since the passing of my daughter I have created The London Strong Foundation in her honor. The foundation brings awareness to CPR/AEDs and how it save lives. London also had a love for animals, especially kitties and we support pet rescues as well. I would love to use this money to help support the foundation and to grant more AED’s to put into the community. You can see what Londons foundation is more about at: londonstrongfoundation.org
