Consistency is key! Keeping a regular workout is incredibly difficult but if you can manage to do at least something everyday, it will go a long way.
It gives me an outlet when I’m beyond stressed from studying. As a premed student I spend an insane amount of time hunched over a book. Regularly getting my heart pumping, makes me feel a lot less stressed and keeps me focused. Healthy body= a healthy mind!
I would use it toward my education to reach my dream of becoming a physician for the Army.
