What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Start with small, sustainable changes. You don't have to go "all-in" getting started. Change a few habits and build from there. Fitness is also a LONG-TERM commitment, and a lifestyle change. You have to be willing to do the work to get the results.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

There are so many pieces of fitness that have influenced me, but being a part in other people's fitness journey has been the most impactful. I feel most fulfilled when I am helping others achieve a goal, and the more people I work with, the more I understand the importance of what I do. Coaches get to change lives - it's truly good for the soul!
