What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Let the passion be the driving force behind every move you make. Do it with passion and never give up. Fitness is all about consistency. You will not reaping the rewards of your efforts immediately, but that’s what makes reaching your goals so much sweeter.If it were easy everybody would do it. It takes a driven individual to truly invest in themselves. If you can learn to enjoy the journey you will make it, because in leaving your comfort zone is where you will truly see growth.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness is not just a state of physical being, but mental being. Fitness requires determination which can and should be used in all aspects of life. Fitness requires learning and growth. By exceeding what I thought were my physical and mental limitations, I have learned that no matter the situation or area of your life, you are capable of more than you think. So never place yourself in a box because those limitations you have set for yourself are meant to be broken.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would invest the money in my online coaching platform so I can share with others the knowledge I’ve gained and happiness I’ve obtained from fitness.
