Stop looking for quick fixes and/or extreme exercise and diet plans. Accept the fact that being fit and healthy is a way of life; it takes time. Know that this will take dedication and hard work, but also know that it does not have to be miserable. The beauty of this is that there is not ONE way to accomplish being fit and healthy; there is not ONE answer. This means you have endless opportunities and ways to achieve this goal. Find the type of movement that brings you joy and excitement.
Being “fit” means you are healthy and strong, confident and powerful, loving and grateful. When you take the time to better your body it translates into every day life in SO MANY WAYS! By exercising you become a stronger person inside and out, your confidence improves, and once you love yourself you are able to love others that much more! Fitness has positively influenced my life in every way possible. Exercise is a celebration, not a punishment!
I would donate a portion of the winnings towards the charity PROJECT HEAL whose mission is to help all people suffering from eating disorders access full recovery. This is something very near and dear to my heart. https://www.theprojectheal.org/ I would use the remainder of the winnings towards launching a start-up business I’ve been working on.
