I would recommend them to take it one day at the time. To keep balance and and to start slow so they don’t get unmotivated. It’s also important to find a coach that is right for you and will help you reach your goals. I would also recommend them to surround them self’s with people who support the life style. Fitness made me healthier and much more active than I was. It has also been helping me with my self-estime and is making me come out of my comfort zone and constantly challenges me, witch is something that I love. I’ve also met a lot of great people and made great friends true fitness. I’ve also realize how much I’m a disciplined, motivated and determined person. I get a lot of messages from people telling me I motivated them witch means the world to me.
I did my first competition in May 2019 and I would use some of the money to continue competing so I can maybe one day hit the Olympia stage. I would also like to start something in the fitness industry because I love helping people around me and we need more active people out there and show them that baby steps can end up becoming the results they’ve always wanted. Money isn’t the most important when your doing something you love, but it can definitely help build something great.
