Make changes and get excited about the progress you’re going to see.. If you really want it, only YOU can make it happen! Write down achievable short and long-term goals and set yourself up for success by following the example of people you admire. Understand that you have to sacrifice the good in order to be great. But every day of effort is another step towards having the body you have always wanted. You must sacrifice the good for the GREAT!
It’s the one thing that I know I can take control of. So many things are out of our hands in life. We have jobs. We have bills to pay. We have our families that depend on us. The “daily grind” takes a toll on all of us. But, because my level of fitness is something I have complete control over, I feel revitalized. I feel like a new person! Given that the endeavor to be fit and healthy is all in my hands, I get very excited about my workouts! The key to happiness is progress.
I would make wise investments to grow that $20,000 into a college fund for my three children. I would also use some of it to complete my certifications with NASM and finish my last five courses for my undergraduate degree in Health Science and Sports Medicine and work towards my Masters.
