Find a balance of exercise, diet & self care. Find the activity that inspires you & will keep you going long term, whether that’s hiking trails, swimming, doing workout videos at home, hitting the gym or taking a fitness class & don’t be scared to try something new, add variety. Then start tweaking diet, find healthy alternatives & work on what’s right for your body. Leave time to get enough rest & recovery. And forgive yourself for mistakes or setbacks!! We
I have the unique position to teach fitness classes to a wide variety of people. It is beautiful to see someone do something they’ve never been able to do before! They inspire me. I get to have that joy pretty regularly. I’m blessed. Fitness has kept me feeling young & healthy. I feel like there’s nothing I can’t do. I can work hard & conquer it. That is a pretty awesome feeling.
Probably buy some more fitness equipment to bring into my classes! Haha! Actually, find a way to invest it back into this fitness journey I’m on and into my future and also get a few projects done at home!
