Oh, so many ways! My fitness journey started as a creative outlet. Through dance and circus I have met the most wonderful community of supportive and compassionate people who constantly motivate me to keep improving. To progress, I use a cross-training regimen of weightlifting and yoga to strengthen my body for my art form and I am continually impressed at how strong I can be. All of this, in turn, helps to counteract the negative health effects of a full-time desk job.
I'd like to invest the money into my children's education.
