Understand that it’s a lifestyle change and you have to give up some things that maybe toxic for your new life and that could include people. Not everyone will support your journey and that’s ok. This is your journey, not theirs. Keep focused and don’t be too hard on yourself if you don’t reach a goal in a certain timeframe. Everyone’s journey is different. Keep going! You only fail if you give up on yourself.
It’s my main stress reliever from my job. It can get stressful sometimes so lifting heavy stuff helps take the tension out of my body. I also have hip displaysia, so it keeps my bones strong and helps with the arthritis pain along with prolonging hip surgery.
I would definitely go on a vacation! I would also use it to invest, use some of it to finally finish getting certified in personal training and nutrition and set up a business to help people with fitness and nutrition lifestyle changes and goals.
