I recommend having you start with nutrition first. Nutrition is 80% and you cannot our exercise a bad diet. Did you know it takes 21 days to change a habit and only 3 hours to go back to it?!? Crazy, right?!
Fitness has changed my life as I have been able to open my own fitness studio and help others change their health and wellness. I now have a 3 year old, where I can make my own schedule and spend tons of time with him.
I would like to give back and donate the majority of it to Alzheimer’s because it runs in my family and my husband’s family. It’s something I’ve always given back to each year. It would be amazing to give a big chunk.
