What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Do whatever physical activity you enjoy!! Get outside and find what moves you! Drink water and eat lots of fruits and veggies. Get sufficient rest and surround yourself with positive and happy people!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

For myself, exercise is thy medicine! for everything! It's how I vent mental stress, it's how I ease physical aches and pains and where I can turn off the noise of the world and focus on my breathing and my moving patterns. Meditation in motion.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Since a girl can dream, I would invest the prize money into my new private personal training business. After having worked in gyms the last 15 years I am so inspired to be on my own helping people reach their fitness goals!
