What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

If you're interested in becoming fit or overall healthy, I would strongly recommend setting daily goals for yourself. These goals are baby steps that will help you accomplish your main goal. I also recommend keeping a healthy balance towards your eating! Yes, your eating choices are very important when it comes to your results; however, allowing yourself one cheat MEAL a week will help you remain on your diet!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has made me stronger physically and mentally. I am able to exceed my limitations and crush mental barriers through out my whole day! Fitness has lead me to be more optomistic and energetic with my job, school, friends, and family.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I won the $20,000, I would use a big chunk of that money for college. I am a 2019 graduate and plan on attending South Dakota State University! Since I am very interested in nutrition and fitness, I would like to persue a career in Dietetics and Exercise Science!
