A healthy diet but don’t starve yourself! Workout daily only if it’s just for a minute. If you have kids workout with them! It’s very fun and they will love it too! And whatever you do or going through do not stress yourself! Not healthy!
I get so many compliments about my body as if it was fake! And that makes me feel so good. Women asked me all the time how did I get my butt how it is, can they touch it! Do I teach a class etc. So that make me keep pushing myself Bc I have two children, and having kids doesn’t mean you have to be unfit!
I would buy my own studio and start helping women all over the world, building their confidence and their self esteem. Making them feel good about their self. Confidence is what most women are lacking because of how their body looks.I can fix that, and I don’t eat healthy everyday I cheat sometimes but I do it all on my own no trainer and I can help the next person as well!
