Consistency is the foundation to health and fitness so find what you like to do then build on that. Try new things and push yourself outside your comfort zone whether it’s trying new food, new workouts, or even mental stimulation. Boredom will make you lose focus so vary it up and make it a lifestyle!
Fitness has made me realize how strong I can be but not just in physicality. Working out and having fitness goals give me motivation, drive, and focus. Those things not only strengthen my body and mind but also give me confidence and lessons in resiliency. I may fail but I know I will get back up, dust off, and try again!
I would love to pay off some student loans then go on a little vacation!!
