What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

First of all, congratulations for even considering the incorporation of health and wellness into your daily lifestyle! My recommendation would be just that, create a new lifestyle! Consistency is by far the hardest part of any change. Set goals, prepare properly and enjoy the process. If majority of your meals are “clean” and healthy then treat yourself every once in a while to let LIFE be LIVED. Remember, one salad won’t make ya skinny and one little Oreo won’t make ya f

How does fitness positively influence your life?

I have grown up in the fitness industry since I was born. Both my parents were on their way to becoming IFBB Pro Bobybuilding competitors. I remember watching them and wondering why they couldn’t eat a zebra cake with me. At 16, I began competing and the fitness aspect provided me an outlet of therapeutic benefits as well as discipline and goal setting at such a young age. Fitness is the reason I am who I am today, the stage is only a bonus to be able to represent that.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I was the next Ms. Health and Fitness I would apply this money to reaching my dreams in life. This includes graduating college with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology or Nutrition (still deciding) as well as funding mine and my IFBB Pro dad’s way in the competition world making dreams an absolute reality. Perhaps I would even buy a 4 for 4 from Wendy’s as a celebratory meal after the hard work is put in! Extra bbq sauce please(:
