We all start somewhere. Create sustainable and balanced habits. Little changes and adjustments each day such as not drinking soda, adding in 30 minutes of movement each day, adding more vegetables to our diets, amount to a huge difference weeks, months, and years from now. Don’t wait to make yourself a priority. Make a plan, set a goal, create your routine! It takes 21 days to create a habit. Take it one day at a time and be the best version of yourself that you can be.
Fitness is my therapy. It goes far more than just how it influences my physical appearance. It’s where I get to clear my mind and set goals to push myself mentally and physically. Each week and month I want to be better and help others reach their own health and fitness goals too. It helps me take that same drive, motivation, and goal setting into all aspects of my life. I truly believe strength is a beautiful thing and i want to encourage other women to be fit from within first.
I would help my parents pay off some of their bills as well as my own and save for a down payment on a home. I would Donate $2,000.00 to Save the Children, a charity to help orphans and children in need.
