What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

It’s important to find foods that work with your body and provide you with energy and support as well as incorporating exercises that are challenging and enjoyable! Being fit and healthy is all about finding what works for you and fully embracing it.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

I am a natural introvert, but through fitness I feel confident, inspired and strong which I equate to the hard work I put inside the gym. It has also has allowed me to develop a career as a personal trainer and nutrition coach which has brought daily joy to my life. I also get daily inspiration from my clients who show up eager to better themselves through their health! (Love you guys!)

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I’m a sucker for animals so I would most likely donate a portion to the local shelter, as well as spoil my fur babies! (I have 2 dogs and a horse <3) This money will also help kickstart my own business that provides nutrition and fitness to individuals who want long lasting change! Health is more than what you look like, it’s how you feel in the inside! This lifestyle should be available to everyone and I want to help in any way I can to make sure that happens!
