Firstly, I would recommend asking yourself why you want to be fit and healthy. Once you know your why, the other puzzle pieces such as; when, where and how, will be easier to figure out. Second, don’t overthink the process. Most times, overthinking leads to premature quitting. Keep it simple, at least at first. Try different methods of training to determine which one you enjoy and what your body responds to. Start small by making better nutrition/food choices and experiencing different foo
During the time that I was In law enforcement, fitness had become a vital part of my stress relief. The mental calm that I felt while working out after a stressful shift was therapeutic. Once I became a trainer, I was determined to spread that feeling to others. The satisfaction of helping someone else to feel good by transforming them mentally, emotionally and physically is so rewarding to me and I get to experience that. .
With $20,000, I would continue to build my brand and business. It would afford me the opportunity to provide more services to my clients, potentially starting with my own training space. I would also like the ability to be more involved in youth services. Being a Detroit native amongst a great deal of youths who don’t have access to many facilities; it would remiss of me not to help with that. Detroit is plagued with being unhealthy city and it can be fixed by starting with our youth.
