To be successful in fitness, make it your lifestyle, find a balance, and find a plan that you can maintain/build on consistently. Fitness is healthy food consumption and proper exercise. You have to have both components to be successful. Remember you only compete with yourself. Never compare your journey to others.
Fitness has helped me develop self confidence and a better understanding of myself. Fitness is hard work, consistency, failures, & successes. It helped me develop discipline and desire for a positive change in myself & my community around me.
I would finish my home gym and continue my fitness education. My desire is to train women in an environment that allows them to be comfortable in their own bodies, progress at an individual rate, and provide support to each individual regardless of where they are at in the fitness journey.
