What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

As a fitness and meal prep business owner, I am confident from experience of this answer.... consistency. That is my favorite word as a trainer of 17 years because it is what sets apart those who get good results verse excellent results. You know, I wish we were could just program in us what to eat and how to exercise to get there. But the reality is that we are emotional and organic, and we need to practice consistency to have that exercise and nutrition make a difference.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness IS my life. As a fitness professional and meal prep business owner, this lifestyle keeps me mentally, emotionally, and physically fit. As an obese child, I quickly learned after enrolling in sports what an amazing and positive impact being physically fit makes on life first hand. I can’t help but share that passion with my clients, friends, extended family, and my two children.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

As your Ms Health and Fitness, I would invest $10,000 of it in growing my meal prep business which helps serve others to help them reach their fitness and nutrition goals. The other $10,000 I would put into providing healthy FRESH meals to low income school age kids. Education and nutrition have been proven to be the keys to changing negative cycles, so it is a mission that is near and dear to me to support.
