What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

You need to make YOU a priority. Creating healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle takes dedication, motivation, and effort. Every day do even just ONE thing towards your goal(s) and you will be successful.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness keeps my physical and mental health in balance. It helps me be the best ME that I can be. It allows me to set new goals and strive for more. It shows me how strong I am and assists me to succeed in every aspect of my life.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Travel. I want to see the world. I want to experience so many different countries, cultures, lifestyles. I would also invest in continuing my education to obtain my Masters in Health Studies. It is my professional goal to continue to motivate and inspire others to make healthy lifestyle choices, invest in their own wellness and prevent or reduce chronic illness/disease.
