What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

As long as you work hard and dedicate yourself, you can achieve anything! Strong will power goes a long way. Eating clean also plays a role in anyone’s fitness or weight loss journey. Stay focused and get into the habit of exercising to stay healthy and it will become a routine. Allow yourself to have a cheat meal at least twice a week so you can still have some of your favorite foods. Some will see results faster than others, but stick with it and you will be surprised!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness improves my self confidence! It makes me feel accomplished and I’m proud of the results I am seeing! Exercise improves my sleep, boosts my mood, improves my health, and I have twice as much energy! Exercise is definitely life changing if you stay committed! Others will also see you and be motivated to get on the same track.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were the next Ms Health and Fitness, I would put $20,000 towards my daughter’s college fund, or I would put a down payment on a house!
