The first thing I’d have to say is that you’d really want to do it! A positive mind set helps drive you! Second, get your eating down first. Majority of ppl don’t eat enough and that’s a big factor in reaching your goals. Third, when eating, you have to flip the switch from food is your friend to food is fuel. Lastly, ask for help when you begin exercising. I see so many ppl in the gym doing exercises wrong. You only have ONE body, take care of it!
It’s really changed my life in that I’m more healthier. I’m continuously building my body in ways I’ve never seen my body before. I push it more and more for competitions and I love my body more than ever!
I’d definitely go on a vacation! With my hectic schedule with my kids, work, workouts and home life, I haven’t made the time to wind down as I’m always chasing the next competition or introducing massage to new clients!
