What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Find out what you enjoy doing. Fitness isn’t one size fits all. If you put a spark of fun into exercise, that’s what will keep you coming back for more! Surround yourself with likeminded individuals who know your vision and support your goals. Make this a lifestyle, something sustainable for the long run, with both fitness & nutrition. Remember, we all have a day one. Don’t hold back! Get out of your way & make things happen, because YOU are worth it.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Of course the obvious ways of good health & being able to challenge myself in & out of the gym. But the true value has been the life I’ve created surrounding my passion for health & fitness in a much bigger picture. I do this for a living as a CPT & FNS but also recreational as a bodybuilder. Both avenues have brought lifelong friendships into my life. This community is priceless & goes unmatched. I’m truly blessed & don’t take a moment for granted!

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

This question is easily answered without hesitation to me. I have incredible goals in sight to better myself, my family & my community. To bring resources to my town that we don’t currently have access to. To provide opportunities for health & fitness for local families & youth organizations. We are all in this together!
