Physically Strong and Mentally Indestructible! I am passionate about fitness and know that it makes your mind just as strong.
Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Sandra Mathis and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!
Magic pills don't exist. You have to work hard and make sacrifices for what you want to achieve with your body. Your mind will follow and you learn that anything is possible with hard work and dedication. So my recommendation is actually simple - create a plan, write it out, and then stick to it. Make the commitment to being disciplined. That is always the most important step.
Fitness has influenced my life in several ways. First, I moved to the US as a single female without being able to speak English. Working out gave me confidence and an outlet for stress. Day by day I continued to improve and gain more confidence. Second, making improvements to my body inspired both friends and even family to do the same. I now realize how important it is to me to help inspire and motivate others. Finally, I am now a fitness competitor. This door would have remained closed.
I would donate it to a charity that helps kids. My husband and I are well off and love to help others. We are actively involved in working with several charities to help educate youth and help those who are unable to help themselves.
