Surround yourself with like minded people. Ask for help from a Coach or local gym to get you started. Eat healthy small meals and stick to it without diving into gimmicks and fad diets. Follow the 70/30 rule for diet and exercise. Stay up to date with scientifically proven facts about health and wellness. Be kind to yourself and always get enough rest. I am trying my best to be strong and healthy so I can enjoy my time with my children’s children.
It has changed my life drastically. Having been through multiple surgeries, given birth twice, ruptured an ACL which has never been operated on I am thriving! I have met wonderful people in the fitness industry. I have learned to separate myself from negativity and I live a well balanced life between fitness, my work and my family and friends.
The first thing I would do is continue putting effort into my Health and Fitness Business so I can help more people. I would like to sponsor CPA/IFBB Bodybuilding Shows. I would continue to train and move forward in this industry by getting advanced training so that I could pass along knowledge to others and lastly, I would like to take a little vacation and visit other countries and possibly compete in bodybuilding shows internationally.
