Enlisted USAF, compete in Obstacle Course Races, Ride Horses, obsessed with bettering myself
Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Samantha Stamp and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!
Portion control!! You can eat what you want as long as you stay active and keep your meals to smaller portions. Add lots of greens to your meals, and keep the fats and sugars to a minimum, but portion control them when they're added!
I'm an enlisted AF member. Not only is fitness necessary to keep me at the top of my game in our US military, but it also helps in those times of stress. Being away from family, and working hard hours definitely can get to me, but my time in the gym keeps my stress level to a minimum.
It would go straight into my savings. The military is currently providing me with money for housing and food, but that won't last forever. I plan on using the military as a stepping stone, and once i have a good foundation, i would like to find a house where I can have my own gym, and my horses readily available to me on my own land, which would be much more possible with $20,000
