I am a Mother of 3 and a Registered Nurse in a very busy ER. I work out 6 days a week. Growing up I was a gymnastics.

What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I would recommend eating healthy foods and doing any type of exercise that is appealing to them. Not everyone likes to go to the gym so doing yoga, walking, hiking, swimming. All these things can help with being active and healthy.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

It has influenced my life by increasing my energy level and lifting my mood. My children have been able to see how fitness can change your life. All three of my kids are active and enjoy working out with me.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I were to be the next Ms Health and Fitness I would use this money to help out my family with finances and use it toward fitness equipment as well. My girls are in gymnastics so some of the money would go towards them and their team members.
