Start with something small that you enjoy. Fitness has to be something you want to do and not something that you have to do, start with small things that you enjoy and it'll become a habit. Once those things become natural, in no time you will start wanting more and over time with consistency all of those small habits will build up to create a large impact.
Fitness has changed my life. I was already pushing 300lbs by the time I was 13 and I went through testing for early signs of diabetes. Fitness has made me appreciate just how well my body can function and keep me alive. Now I couldn't imagine my life without being involved in fitness in some way.
It's incredible just how little we know about the biology of bodybuilding. On top of that, the fitness world is flooded with bad information on how to be healthy. I would love to be able to donate part of these winnings to research in supplementation, muscle protein synthesis, and nutrition so that we as a fitness community can finally squash what is bro science and what will help people live healthier and happier lives in ways that are best for each individual's biology.
