What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Don’t let your age or time constraints stop you!! Believe in yourself that you are worth it and you’re never to old or young to start Getting fit. . Being fit benefits your body and mind in all areas of your life. It’s something the whole family can do together and it can give you the confidence you need to be successful in all your other endeavours. Strong body and strong mind!!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness for me is a time we’re I can let the stressors of everyday life go for a little while. It allows me to focus on myself, to be stronger physically and mentally. It helps me be a better mom to my daughter and wife to my spouse because it allows me to make time for myself. We all need that. It has also allowed me to inspire other women both in my age bracket and younger women to get fit and healthy. I feel better at 50 years old than I ever have before.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

With $20000 I would love to give my daughter more training opportunities to become the Olympic hockey player she desires to become. Watching her succeed at something she loves is priceless!
