What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I would recommend that they take it one step at a time. The intial decision and desire to become fit and healthy is step one. Cultivating this motivation into action is step two. Over time, eating healthy and working out will become a force of habit and eventually a lifestyle.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has many positive impacts on both my mental and physical health. As a student in university, the campus gym community is my main social circle. Developing a fitness liftestyle overtime has increased my sense of self-control, self awareness and ability to make goals. Walking into the gym every morning gives me a sense of purpose in life. In fact, my entire academic life/career path is driven around this founded interest and passion.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

$20 000 is a lot of money, but so are my accumulated student loans. After paying off the loans, I would use any left over money to start my own athletic business.
