Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Rosanna Gulla and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!

What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Do not get discouraged if you don’t see results right away. Fitness and dieting shouldn’t be viewed as a chore. It is a lifestyle and you do not have to deprive yourself of the food you love.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has tremendously helped me get through many hard days, whether it was due to stress, lethargy, depression, frustration and even physical pain. I started training at the age of 19 for the passion of it and every doctor told me it was the best thing I could’ve done for my body or I would’ve been in a wheelchair due to my rheumatoid arthritis. I want to teach my children to love fitness and to be healthy as well.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would love to create a location and a program that could help others who are struggling to obtain their fitness goals. I teach students with special needs and I try to incorporate Fitness into their daily lives.
