I am a single mother to two children. I make the decision every day to make myself stronger than any excuse. ♥️ Heart attack survivor
Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Ricolena Anders and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!
Don't wait for tomorrow. In order to make the change to be fit and healthy, you need to make that decision today. Love yourself today and continue to make yourself a priority. It is easy to push goals out for the future because goals take time to achieve; however, goal number one must be making your health a priority today.
I have a very stressful job on top of raising two children. Fitness gives me an outlet to release stress, emotional trauma, and to mentally recenter and prepare to do it all over again tomorrow. In 2007, I had a heart attack and heart failure which drastically changed what I was capable of physically doing. Fitness has challenged me to go beyond what I thought I was capable. Continuing my fitness journey has improved my overall health and has helped me be a great role model for my children.
If I was to be selected to be the next Ms Health and Fitness, I would use the $20,000 to pay for my Saint Bernard's hip replacement surgery. He is 11 months old and needs to have both hips completely replaced. #mightymemphis
