The secret to acomplish any goal in fitness and health is not to seek for motivation but for discipline. We need to work in our minds every day to get our best in discipline to keep in track our goals. You won't be motivate every single day, but when your motivation feels low , your discipline will get you!
Far more than just a physical thing , this journey has been more a mental change and challenge in every aspect of my life. If I have to resume all this in a word I will choose forever the word DISCIPLINE and Mental Strength
I would like to invest in a program for people with addictions to help them get into fitness and health. Also schools and highschools, I always though that is a need to teach young people about the benefits for the mind and body to be into fitness. Also including meditation. A program that we can mix the power of the mind with the strength of the body.
