What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

MANAGE YOUR MIND to create sustainable habits. Example 1: Know you need to be drinking more water? -Try a bottle with a fun flip-top to promote more water drinking. Example 2: Know you should be sleeping more? -Try dimming all the lights in your house 2 hours before your goal bed-time. Example 3: Know you could be a little more consistent with workout regimine? -Try scheduling it in to your calendar just like you would an important meeting with a special guest (like you! ;))

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness hasn't just influenced my life - fitness is a permanant part of my life. Regardless of age, sport, or current athletic abilities - we can all benefit from movement. My clients and I work together to ensure fitness fits into their life. It's not just about getting a run in or eating another cup of broccoli. It's connecting to movement, understanding how certain types of training and body patterning affect daily life, and using fitness as a tool to enhance all other aspects of life.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

When I become the next Ms Health and Fitness, I would put the prize money towards one of my ultimate life goals - help 10,000+ people transition to a plant-based lifestyle. This would in turn save hundreds of thousands of animals, thousands of acers of land, and millions of gallons of water and grain. My mission in this lifetime extends far beyond myself. I'd be absolutely honored to represent Ms Health and Fitness.
