What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Balance is key. Finding that perfect balance between being on top of your A game in your exercises while also being able to enjoy some of life's delicious foods without compromising on your health. You don't have to feel guilty each time you treat yourself to a piece of dessert for example or go out to eat with friends. It's a healthy lifestyle you want to build, and that starts with balance so you can be successful long term in your health goals.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness positively influences by life by challenging my mental state. By that I mean each time that I feel defeated or weak in my inner being or thoughts, fitness has taught me how to overcome any negativity that comes my way. It has taught me to challenge myself beyond what I think I'm capable of. More than outwardly, it has truly changed me from the inside out.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

With so much misinformation out there regarding health, I would use the $20,000 to invest in creating a training program targeted to educate individuals how to properly perform exercises and change their nutrition habits so they're not only successful in the short term but more importantly in the long term. I aspire to teach individuals that it all starts with improving the inner you before the outer. To truly love yourself first. The outer results come once you've mastered the mental aspect.
