What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

The hardest part for people seems to be getting started! Start setting goals for yourself and then just go for it! What Do you have to lose? Ask for help if you need to! Having accountability works wonders. Think about the overall result and believe in yourself. Staying consistent is the key for success when it comes to being fit and healthy. Working out consistently and a balanced healthy diet over time will get you where you want to be!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness and working out is a huge part of my lifestyle. Once I started to see results and reach my goals I had set, I fell in love with it. Fitness has positively shaped me into the person I am today. I believe that taking care of yourself and feeling good in your own skin is very important. Not only did I fall in love with my personal results, but I also became passionate for being able to help others with their fitness goals! It’s truly amazing! If I can do it, then so can you!
