What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Don’t let society hold you back from becoming fit! For a female the stereotype is that you will get big and bulky but that is not the case I went from 200lbs to 130lbs. My life has been so much better now that I am fit and eating better and mentally stronger! Just because you don’t initially see the results you want don’t quite keep pushing through and you will understand why you started this journey in the first place!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

By being fit I am able to think more clearer and be more active! Eating better has become a fun and exciting experience because you can mix and match all types of foods for an healthier life! It’s not as dull as everyone makes it seems! Plus now that I am physically stronger it has also made me mentally stronger as well! As you can see in my pictures I have came a long way with determination and dedication. I have got the results I wanted and so much more!

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I became the next Ms. Healthy and Fitness I would like to sponsor several young ladies to help them become more fit and live a healthier lifestyle. I believe that fitness is the way of life!!!
