What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Just start!!! Starting is definitely the hardest! It's a total mind shift. Just do it. The more you do it, the more of a habit it will become and the more you will actually look forward to fitting it into your daily routine! Also - meal prep! Stop eating out so much!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

It makes me happy! I'm always in such a good mood during and post workout! I also love the example I set for my kids! They know Mommy works out every day. Just yesterday my daugther says to me as we are reorganizing the garage to make room for a home gym, she says "you sure do love working out, don't you".

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would clear some debt first. Then, I would help others in need with the help my children. They need to see that when good things come your way, you pay it forward!
