Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Patricia Cartwright and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!
Start by finding your “why,” in other words find a powerful motivator for why you want to undergo your transformation. On days that you don’t feel like exercising or eating according to the plan, this can motivate you to keep making strides toward your fitness goals rather than relying on willpower alone. Secondly, find sources of support. If you surround yourself with like-minded people, you will sustain your progress much longer. Lastly, it’s a marathon not a sprint.
In all aspects.... Fitness has saved me from caving in to bouts of depression, it’s improved the quality of my cognitive and physical functioning, and it’s transformed my spirit and the energy I contribute to this world. Thanks to my passion and focus on fitness, I've been able to serve as a catalyst for health and wellness in the lives of others I may not have otherwise been able to reach.
First, I would probably shed a few happy tears (lol) and then I would allocate most of the money to help me purchase a private training studio where I would seek to help transform the mind and body of those willing. Any remaining money would go towards funding my efforts to enrich my education in exercise science, health, and nutrition.
