You can do it! Do not get discouraged, set realistic goals, track your progress, and work with a coach. This will help you to have someone you are accountable to. Don’t get overwhelmed, making a change in your life can be hard and scary. We can all be our own worst enemies. Focus on the positive, you can achieve anything you want to. Take progress pictures and keep a journal so you can track and see small changes, this will help you stay motivated. Surround yourself with positivity!
Fitness helps me to be strong, healthy, and happy. I love leading an example of a fit and healthy lifestyle for my daughters. I love to motivate others to become more fit and healthy. Clean eating, weight training, and cardio vascular exercise are an important part of my life. I love to motivate women who have poor self-esteem and poor self-image. Not only to focus on the outside but the inside as well.
I would use the money to help me start my own business. As a single mother with two daughters this would give me an opportunity to start my own company and have a location my clients can visit. I coach a few clients here and there on the side with meal planning, workouts, and posing. This would help me to achieve my dream of focusing on my fitness and life coaching company full time.
