Just take the first step! Make small goals at first and then when you get into a groove make some larger ones. Everyone gets discouraged when they do not see immediate results, you're not alone. But NEVER give up on yourself, the end results are so worth it!
I have been working out on and off since 2010 and I have had my share of ups and downs. I have always loved having something to work toward, seeing the small changes that happen when I stay consistent. I have drank pretty heavily on and off since 2005 and it started to become a problem a few years ago. Fitness to me today is like meditation, I am more calm and my mood is stabilized when I am eating healthier and working out regularly.
My life has flipped upside down since I split from my children's dad and while we were together we accrued a lot of debt! I would pay off most of that debt and begin a fresh start. It would take a lot of strain off me and I would finally be able to focus on building my credit back up and being financially independent!
