I am one to believe that if you follow your passion and give your 100%, no matter how hard the journey gets, everything will come into place
Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Nicolle Erazo and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!
Start where you are, with what you have. Take this as your personal journey. You will have ups and downs, but each day you’ll learn something new. Take it one day at a time and have a plan or someone who can guide you with a plan. The most important part of anything is to stay consistent and patient. All the hard work will pay off, but don't rush it or compare your journey to ANYONE.
In many different ways, fitness its not only about having a “good body” or looking a certain way. For me it goes deeper than that, its being able to move throughout my day with energy and feeling confident about myself. Confidence reflects on your relationships, job, and wherever you go. Everything starts with you and how you feel inside and that can be contagious for the people around you.
wow! I would use part to continue building my business and my education as a personal trainer and nutrition coach so I can continue helping people in their journey and probably visit my family!
