Be consistent. Everyone has bad days and life can sometimes get in the way. But stay consistent and get back to it when you stumble. That's the key to reaching your goals and maintaining them.
It improves my mental health and well being. Gives me an out let and it is my sanctuary. It has been the only thing to manage and control my depression. Working out keeps me in a positive and productive mind set.
I would put it in to the gym I am a partner in with my boyfriend. We are growing and adding on so we can help as many people as possible.
