I would recommend first figuring out what you want as far as your fitness goes..what is the goal you want to work towards, what kind of physique do you want to have? Then find out what it will take to get you there. Be patient with yourself along the way but constantly keep striving for that end goal!
Fitness helps me unload the aggression, rage, sadness and mentally clears my mind. If I don’t workout I’m clouded and stressed, so when I do work out I’m a happier person and a better person to be around;)
I would get out of debt so me and my husband and children could have a better quality of life!
