My biggest point of advice is for you to “just do it”. Invest in yourself and don’t apologize for it. Also, don’t compare yourself to anyone (you can use others as motivation but not comparison). You are an individual and your fitness and health journey is going to be as unique as you are. Instead, push yourself, step out of the comfort zone and don’t set limits. You will be amazed at what you can achieve!
To me fitness is an essential part of my everyday life. It’s what keeps me sane and level headed. With my crazy, busy schedule and stressful career, the gym is my time to let go of everything and focus on myself. I’ve been through many struggles with my health. Well, I am actually finally starting out my new career and am making a big move to NYC. So, part of that money would be used to help with that and some I would contribute to my student loan. Then, the rest I would like to give to medical missions overseas as I’m a big supporter and am also involved with them. All of the money would be put to great use at helping me start my best life after years and years of schooling and help to contribute to a great cause!
