Being fit and healthy is different for everyone. Doing one boot camp, or spin class is not going to give you the results you are looking for. Start with making small lifestyle changes and build up. After my second pregnancy I felt so out of shape and felt like I was too tired to work out, so I started with just the treadmill. Eventually I added in weights. You just have to start somewhere and STAY CONSISTENT!
Mental health awareness is very important to me. Working on my fitness not only influences how I feel in my clothes and a swimsuit, but also my mood and personality. Working out is the BIGGEST stress reliever for me.
A family vacation feels very much deserved with how hard we all work. Also, I would like to give back to my local YMCA. I take my two kids there almost everyday and that gives me a little time to myself. The facility and child watch staff are wonderful.
