First, is to recognize that your body is the Temple of the HolySpirit and you are already wonderfully and fearfully made by God. Therefore living a fit and healthy lifestyle is simply taking care of that treasure. Next, I recommend consistency with making small changes everyday. Avoid drastic short term diet fads or complex internet exercise routines. Be mindful about food decisions and make movement a regular part of daily routines.
Fitness is the energy drive behind everything else that I have to do as a full time retail pharmacist, a mother of 3 very athletically active boys, and a wife. Simply put, without Fitness, I will crash and burn! Fitness enhances my mental focus and keeps me upbeat to encourage others.
I will use it for practical educational seminars targeting working mothers to empower them on how to keep a fit and healthy lifestyle with their on-going responsibilities. Emphasis will be on: 1. The connection between the Mind, Body and the Spirit. 2. Nutrition basics and meal preparation. 3. What types of exercises and how to incorporate them in their daily routines .
