I recommend doing something that sounds like fun, like dancing or swimming to motivate your workouts. You don’t have to go to the gym to get in a great workout! Always eat enough, it’s okay to treat yourself. Work hard and play hard!
It influences my life by allowing me to focus on myself in a positive way. I am able to relax and control my anger easily after being regular with my workouts, reducing depression and honestly eventually allowing for an exhilarating feeling. Every woman deserves to feel and look healthy! Never underestimate yourself!
I think it would be fun to become part of a hiking group and donate to a fitness organization such as a local dance fitness class, as well as treat myself with the remainder!
